Author Ben Wildavsky speaks on globalization and education tonight at 5pm

Ben Wildavsky, author of The Great Brain Race: How Global Universities Are Reshaping the World (Princeton University Press, 2010), and  co-editor of Reinventing Higher Education: The Promise of Innovation (expected this year from Harvard Education Press), speaks tonight, Feb. 21, at 5 p.m. in the Gothic Reading Room in Perkins Library. Wildavsky is the third speaker in Duke’s series Re-imagining the Academy. The former education editor of U.S. News & World Report (and son of the renowned 20th century political scientist Aaron Wildavsky) will share insights about the future of American higher education.  A reception and book signing will follow the talk.
