The Thompson Writing Program’s Writing in the Disciplines workshop calendar is now out for the Spring 2018 semester. Each session addresses a specific topic in writing pedagogy and is designed to help make work with student writing more effective, efficient, and engaging. To make workshops as relevant as possible for participants, some session are oriented toward humanities and interpretive social science while others are STEM-oriented. All events are open to faculty, graduate students, and other Duke teaching staff. Registration is required and seating is limited. Lunch served at some events.
